I've reported it. They said they'd fix it. They haven't. I suggested a switch, as some other keyboards have, but they'd rather do it with their algorithm, even though it doesn't work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I guess this is because French and English use the same alphabet?

I have a switch on the keyboard too, from Spanish to English (which is always in the wrong setting)

Interesting. I specifically asked
@SwiftKey to add one but I just updated and still can't find one. I sometimes turn French off altogether but it's not easy. I forgot why I decided it was better than the Google keyboard, so I've switched back for a while.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
Oops, my mistake, I checked and remembered that I switched back to Google's, precisely for that reason.

I added Ελληνικά and got the swipe on the space bar. But only 2 options, en/fr and Ελληνικά.

Oh. That's awful. I don't understand why this makes sense.
