How about - nothing. I managed without ever using "you guys" or "y'all" without feeling I needed an alternative, just because nobody said it where/when I grew up. I've noticed it's almost always just filler, you know. "Hey, you guys, let's go get lunch" "Hey, let's go get lunch"
