Lost my wallet this weekend. Either fell out of pocket or pinched on night bus. Womp. Now looking at bluetooth wallet tracker things e.g. tile etc. Anyone got any experience with these? Worth it? Recommendations?

Ugh. Did you lose anything even harder to replace?

A bit of cash, driving licence. But - touch wood - nothing too bad. Going to document everything in it somewhere safe once I replace them tho, would have been rather handy in hindsight...

I have lost my driving licence but haven't replaced it yet, I mean I know where it is I just can't go there and get it sadly. And it's a Cypriot one and it's so complex they won't replace it until I become Cypriot legally, which was something I wasn't eligible for previously.

So I hope it's easier to replace and yeah, this is actually why I stopped having a wallet. I haven't carried cash since 2015.

For example, I did two trips one to Sweden and one to USA last month and I didn't take any cash. No idea if what I did/do is bad or not but I just did it and everything was fine.

It certainly makes me feel safer. Safer still when I know I can just use contactless on my phone for everything traveling around London.

I basically always keep my phone in my hand. The typical Millennial.
