I ordered a dopamine necklace online and received a serotonin necklace so I emailed the seller who is “pretty sure” the necklace I got is dopamine and not serotonin, and I don’t know how to politely and Britishly go about this

I'll order elsewhere. I've gotten these for my MSc and undergrad students as they are nearly finishing now. Kind of defeats the point giving serotonin when we've been dosing people with levodopa all summer

Aww thank you! I have gotten these to MSc students before. Admittedly they are quite cheap and tatty - I'm sure you can get higher quality ones - but I am buying a few as there is quire a few students around who've been involved in this project in some capacity
