Why is treating them as bad/dangerous mutually exclusive to also addressing the root cause?

No no no, in a liberal democracy you have to wait for your opponent to coalesce power and start openly murdering people before you're allowed to fight back. If you don't sit politely and wait for them to take over, they win!

You know its real fucking amazing how much people appear to dislike questions being asked. You don't actually know anything about me, my views or what I do or do not do. But you sure do love to make anyone who asks questions the "enemy". I guess no-one called antifas progressive.

just asking questions like "how come eugenics gets a bad rap?" and "why can't we just let the nazis harass and beat up minorities in peace?" real hard to tease out what you believe and where your blindspots are ya dingaling

Actually what I meant was, a Nazi hitting someone else might be provoked. Not saying the provocation is bad, just that if you go to a tiki torch Nazi & try to punch them, you dont also get to decry them for hitting you with the torch. Not saying its wrong to punch Nazis.
