I'm actually treating it very badly, but it always forgives me and grows like weed.

Mine is sadly not doing well at all. Dropping leaves, huge gaps between leaves, etc.

which window do you have it on and do you water it too much?

It's facing a south facing skylight, it's high up. And I only water it when the soil is dry... Usually about once every week or two.

Oh and a few weeks ago it flowered but then it's stopped, dropped loads of leaves.

hmm, does that mean it gets direct sun sometimes? They should only get bright indirect light (through a light curtain for example). Your pot has drainage holes though, yes? I don't have any other ideas, except that it might not have enough nutrients, if it's an older plant.

but mine is a year old and does fine without much fertilizer.

It's new. No direct light? Oh, dear. I was going off this: "Light: Ceropegia woodii needs at least three or four hours of direct sunlight every day. Too little light impairs leaf colouration and extends the gaps between the pair of leaves." http://www.plantsrescue.com/ceropegia-woodii/ …

No worries, I guess I'll just have to wait it out. See what happens.
