.@twitter my account got locked for "unusual behaviour" but no actual explanation beyond violating your rules, which is very non-specific. It is now unlocked as you forced me to give you my mobile number for 2 factor auth but how do i know what i did wrong?

I keep vascilating between blaming Momentum & suspecting Twitter of data harvesting. I dont believe having a phone number is a requirement of the ToS and, as an EU national, they have to give me a reason why they want it, what they'll do with it & who they'll share it with.

I never use the Twitter app, its clunky as hell and full of ads - and they write the most opaque messages. I have deleted my number now.
