I have two similar pairs of sunglasses one's just under 300 (and prescription) the other's 12 quid. I don't know what it is but I'm sure it's too do with my shitty visual cortices and the weight/tightness (esp weight of expensive ones) but I just can't wear either really.

I come from a really sunny place sunnier than or just a sunny as where anybody else on here is from I bet and I have never managed to wear sunglasses without feeling blind and eventually a migraine. I give up.

For some of us, it is the other way round: bright sun & no sunglasses → migraine (or if lucky just a bad headache)

I think I might get a migraine that way too. I spend a lot of time indoors.

There is some thought, but I am not sure any actual experimental data, that cannabinoids might help for those who suffer badly. Fortunately for me, the over the counter stuff usually, but not always, does the needful.
