What do you think about "Women and gender minorities"?

I proposed it to Olivia because it was used at the panel discussion event I participated in in May organized by
@mariannedhk and@DorisDijk This one:https://twitter.com/mariannedhk/status/994315908188393473?s=21 … -
As I recalled, when I first heard about the event the title was ‘women & nonbinary in cogsci’ (which you can still see in that thread if you scroll down), which was later changed to “women and gender minorities”.
-
Were there specific thoughts behind these titles, and why the change
@mariannedhk and@doris? To be more inclusive? -
I also immediately thought about our panel title when I saw
@djnavarro's tweets! :) We went from 'women panel' -> 'women & nonbinary' -> 'women & gender minorities' within a week or so, while we were also brainstorming what we even wanted out of the event ourselves! (1/3) -
But yes, in the end just wanted to be as inclusive and open to everyone as possible, while still making clear that we would discuss gender issues. I'm retrospectively even happier that we ended up there after reading
@djnavarro's comments! (2/3) -
Will make sure next year's organization will also know about and consider this for the follow-up event! Editing the board transfer document/draaiboek as we speak :) (3/3)
