I am totally broke now, obv (owning a house in London and not a millionaire) — but my God, buying and using expensive pans makes the food I cook taste so much better.
Like srsly, even food I make that I don't even like that much, I was like "wow this is _actually_ nice".

I started buying super cheap Ikea stuff and after 1 year I destroyed everything :) So I change my mind on this (and the quality of the results is awful)

Well, I have induction since 2 years and this is quite a big change from gas (you can really control the temperature and cleaning is super easy). So good for you! ;)

Yeah, I grew up with ceramic. Gas in the UK was a culture shock when I moved here. Awful.
