I've been strictly pescitarian for 3 years. But I still feel bad about the fish, milk, eggs, etc. If I have them up though it's not like I can eat tofu or pulses (yet?) so it'd be tough. I really miss those foods though... Fucking IBS.

I'm from a country where there's ritualised meat eating and chicken is the "vegetarian" option in many cases.

Ritualised meat eating is very interesting in Cyprus. It's probably one of the oldest traditions still practised in the world.
