Google tells me probity is probidad. Not that Esther isn't a genius, but you don't have to be a genius to guesstimate/remember probity in English based on that.

Really standard mapping which I am pretty sure Spanish and English bilinguals (which I am not) are familiar with. I am seeing it's an -ity to -dad (and vice versa) mapping as well as others too. So vanity vanidad, calamity calamidad. Obviously languages are a mess though...
