This is deceiving, the government isn’t giving you anything, all the government is doing is forcing employers to pay more.! All small businesses that cannot afford the added outlay will do is hire less people or incorporate added cost into goods and services😊😊😊

Minimum wage laws create unemployment. What is it about "free market" that you despise so much?

LOL You still pushing that debunked BS. Don't you actually read around. You really need to question the BS that Natonal pushes some times. Increasing money to the poor increases employment because of the Multiplier effect. About 2.5 Poor people spend all the money on living

Then increase it to $100 then and lets really get on top of it. Who the fuck are you or anyone else, to tell me how much I have to pay my staff?

I guess you don't like being told what side of the road to drive on or how much you can drink and drive with. Collective responsibility and all that. Taxes to pay for things. Minimum wages so that WE don't have to subsidise the poor so they can live to work in your sweat shop.

As wages increase, production increases with it. Inflation caused by wage increase is a common misconception.

this HURTS the most vulnerable, depriving them of employment, and adding costs to EVERYTHING. nationals tax cuts would have helped more people, made the nation more competitive, and stimulated the economy.https://youtu.be/4j01L69eXdI

How come only wage increase will deprive employment? How about overhead increases? When your lease goes up no matter what why doesn't that deprive employment? After all, overhead increase occur all the time.

your school-leaving neighbour, ned, wants to attend to your lawn/garden every week. to you, this job is worth $12/hour. he's willing to work for this - but, big government says it's not allowed - so you do the work yourself, or concrete over the garden, so ned remains unemployed.

now if only there was an increase in what people can earn before benefit cuts creep in asap, would help those on small hr part-time jobs.
