If uneconomic then sell. A family will be more than willing to buy and utilise the $2,000 grant. #ByeByeGreedyOwner

Is this the same 30% who pay less income tax than they receive in benefits? Would budgeting advice be a smarter approach?

2/2 subsidy to insulate the house simply because we have no comm services card. quite simply she won't do it w/out a subsidy so we suffer

I understand, but national had a long lead time to get rentals insulated. Labour vow first 100days. Lots rentals will be sold en-mass 1/2

Because landlords won't do immediately, if they weren't going to do it without a subsidy.. therefore houses prices plummet.

You could build more generation capacity #kiwigen. That would lower power cost for everyone.
