        In 2008 Labour taxed the richest 11% to pay a 46% share of all income tax! @NZNationalParty have bumped that UP so they pay 48%!

        Increase in *share* of income tax does not mean an increase in taxes. It could mean an increase income, or decrease in other people's taxes.

        You've got me wrong. I'm not advocating for it - *you're* advocating for it, by arguing that govt should reduce % of tax paid by top 10%.

        Seriously? You don't SPEND on tax cuts, you just don't TAKE as much. You SPEND on health, education, housing and police.
