Article dated July 2016. But National HAS been taking Dividends over thier term in office.

All up Nats have extracted $1.8b from HNZ. Dividends suspended for 2yrs cause HNZ is broke but other payments to govt continue.

like I said, tax (which a govt department doesn't pay) and interest on 'loans' govt has made to HNZ after taking out dividends
