        @nzlabour @TVNZNonsense2 Avg house price in 2008 was $380k, now in Akld its $760k, NZ is $520k. At least $380k was achievable, $520k is not.

        @carol_stirling Where I live, the Akld price of $760k gets you about 5+ acres, big 4 bdrm house with views, 2 bthrms, huge kitchen, & so on.

        @carol_stirling We live on qtr acre, with vege garden, dog & 2 cats, great neighbours, huge deck, trees, cafes only 7 min walk, love it.
