. You're putting all of us in danger. When we start finding out your employees are spreading the virus you can bet you are going to be held liable and the cost will far exceed what you would pay to provide paid sick leave.

McDonald's is a place for entry-level employees to learn how to work while they're still living at home with mom and dad. It's a not a career job and shouldn't be treated as such.

You have no basic understanding of the job market. Many people started off as crew members and worked their way up to management level positions. Yes, it's a career for many people in this industry and they should be afforded the same rights as any other employee.
