probably this gentleman is Wrong; but according to this then.. is it Illegal to claim that something is a Hoax?or.. Is there freedom of speech block in this-odd-situation of believing and claiming something is a Hoax, when is not? Is fake news protected?http://www.oregonlive.com/opinion/index.ssf/2016/11/is_fake_news_protected_by_the.html …

So that question is answered. If he truly does believe it is a hoax then he would be covered under the first amendment, but if he is spreading this for personal gain, not caring of the consequences, then he is not protected.

Right, Definitely Agree to that posture.. But how to now in first instance if he is spreading this for personal gain ?

I think he has shot himself in the foot with contradictory comments about it and I really hope they get him good. It would be a win for humanity.

If that is the case -which would be a terrible thing to do by a human being -I definitely hope the same for him, and for any individual in the same <Fake news> situation!!!

I won’t even be Facebook friends with someone if I find out they support alex jones, and my president, the president of the United States openly supports this trash. Kindness, empathy, compassion is losing right now, and we have to figure out how to change that.

He has a right to believe what he wants, and even to say what he wants, but he does not have a right to slander. He has slandered these grieving families. I hope they win.
