His severe brain lesions have caused seizures, an inability to control emotions, and significant memory loss. After 2 biopsies and multiple MRIs, doctors still can’t figure out what’s going on. Have you heard of these symptoms?https://nyti.ms/2GHouHL

Has he tried Cannabidiol (CBD) oil for seizures? Just curious as it wouldn't hurt to try something that may work while docs figure out what it is and/or the cause

Seconding this! Not only for the anti seizure properties but because its also neuroprotective. Hopefully he lives in a legal state.

I have no idea what this man has, but I hope his doctors have checked for Leukodystrophy and Lyosomal storage disorders. Praying for him.

I like your answer the most. I think you are on the right track suggesting a non-autoimmune genetic disorder. I didn't see anything in the report suggesting they tested his DNA. A bacterial culture, MRI, EEG, CT, blood test, biopsy, spinal tap, but no DNA test?

We've been doing it for years. Now it's done on social media rather than just between drs they can contact. Reaches a wider audience, so I think it's a good thing.

I'm sure there will be lots of worthwhile advice from Twitter, like "try apple cider vinegar!" Nonetheless I wish this guy well. Maybe some random stranger will disgnose him properly.

I've been told all sorts of bullshit to 'cure' my GENETIC condition. Like coconut oil is great for my hair, but unless it is infinitely more powerful than we ever thought, it isn't going to change my DNA!
