        In Germany it's obligatory to go to school for 10 years. That's just the law. If you wanna catch a flight early file a request to the principal. It's as easy as that.

        In the uk not only do you get fined per child, you also get fined per parent. So four payments for a two parent two child family.

        Well, the state pay teachers and school for children, so it doesn't seem unfair for the parent to be fined for what it paid needlessly because they didn't send their child to school
