SAD, TELLING EXCERPT: “[Student] was surprised at the backlash [from friends], because he does not support banning guns or accessories. But he said they should perhaps be harder to buy.”

It takes more courage to stand for what is right in a hostile environment. Those kids who are standing up to gun mentality are heroes to everyone who does not feel so insecure that they have to hide behind a firearm.

What a paranoid, pathetic nation we've turned into. A handgun for college? Really? Your guns aren't making anyone safer!

I respect the fact that I should not read your articles unless I am paying...wish I could. But. Any parent that hands their child a gun for protection needs to STOP and get their head examined. That's all I have to say. Hey, maybe somewhat the whole of the country needs analysis?
