Does the good judgement of canceling a #ShotgunGiveAway contest outweigh the bad judgement in holding such a contest in the first place?

How come? I thought there wasn’t a gun problem. I thought we need more guns and fewer doors.

#Gunsense needs to be part of the solution but if #MSM refuses to discuss anything else including how #ChildAbuse #Bullying #CorporalPunishment lead to escalating violence they will continue to be part of the problem! http://zacherydtaylor.blogspot.com/2018/03/marketing-failed-solutions-to-shootings.html …pic.twitter.com/ViHbnoxaSS

Makes me wonder if Abbott would have a different view of the NRA and the proliferation of guns if his spinal injury was the result of a shooting. Many people have suffered such an injury and worse.

How is “winning a shotgun” even a thing? Aren’t there checks that need to happen on the winner or was it just the purchaser? Am I missing something?

Any event/ raffle like this I've known absolutely requires a requirement / background if your name is drawn for that item, but outfitter stores promote all sorts of items, around here it's always hunting rifles/shotguns. And you gotta be 18, 21, or even 25 in areas for diff guns
