Funny how my Dutch relatives never get stopped for speaking Dutch.

Alas, the old joke is sadly close to the truth: Q: What do you call a person who speaks only one language? A: An American.

This is just wrong. Trump wants to be a damn dictator. Trump, if you don't want people to speak spanish then why the hell do they teach other languages in school or does he even know that happens?

Ironically, Montana comes from "Montaña”, spanish word for mountain.

NO IT IS NOT! There is NO official language in the USA. The constitution allows you to speak any language you so choose.

As far as I recall the US doea not have English as official national language. If this is correct, then why some people in the US find unacceptable that 2 or more individuals maintain private conversations in Spanish?? To me it's clear: racism and xenophobia.

        1) The USA has no official language. 2) In nations more civilized than ours, it is de rigueur to speak multiple languages. Only in the USA is multilingualism seen as a negative. 3) Are we "great again" yet? 11:25 AM - 21 May 2018
