Federal Laws, States must abide: Education & Training required to own. Permit Required for public possession. Practical fire qual to maintain permit. Permits are ammo specific, not gun specific, since ammo does the work. ANY violence conviction revokes right to own/posses. (cont)

2- Reinforcement of NICS by strict requirement of State LE & Judical systems to submit arrest & conviction data ASAP. Law that restricts use of vague social terminology in Law & requires classification by STEM definitions on all firearms & categories. Revocation of NFA taxation.

The rise of school shootings is either (A) a cultural & psychological issue of young men who are unable to rationally deal with adversity or (B) mystical fairies sent by NRA to whisper in otherwise well-adjusted kids to grab a gun & slaughter their classmates for no reason.pic.twitter.com/nrkauwtukx

America isn't the only country with mentally ill young men but we are the only country with a mass shooting epidemic.
-
We are hardly the only with guns either. Why didn’t we have mass shootings 30 years ago, when we had less gun regulations? Something is fundamentally wrong and demagoguery of the issue by anti-gun rhetoric prevents us from examining this.
-
Your original point alluded to mental and cultural issues being part of the problem even though other Western countries have those same problems yet none of the shootings. An important point to note is yes, we had less mass shootings but more gun violence 30 years ago.

Action as in safer schools. What, someone can’t own a gun, be a responsible gun owner and still want safety?
