Don’t believe anyone that’s been in Prison should be in Congress nor should anyone convicted of a crime while in office receive the benefits of that office as many have, like those in the military do when convicted of a crime they lose all benefits no matter how long they served.

Only in the Republican Party can a genuine crook get out prison and run for Congress. At least if he wins, he will feel very comfortable around all the other felons and crooks within this administration.

@msnbc @CNNPolitics So normal citizens who are convicted of a felony are stripped of their right to vote, yet a "republican law maker" wants to run of office requiring such votes? Only the GOP would think this is acceptable. #VoteBlue2018

Interesting. A Republican Convicted Felon, running for a congressional seat! In too many states, having served their time, many are denied the right to vote, much less run for congress?
