        The fact that there is not enough evidence to pursue prosecution does not mean that an individual is still worthy of the requisite trust for a particular position. Two different standards that people cannot seem to understand,

        The law in this country where when you are arrested, even if you are not indicted, you have to clean up your record is wrong. Law says you are innocent until proven guilty. Why is it that to corporations, you are guilty? I think she deserves to get her job back.

        It is not if. She has been proven innocent twice. The recent judge called Sherry Chen the victim of a gross injustice.

        People may not be aware that she provided US damp info to a minister in China, for what porpose? FBI may not have adequate evidence to convince a jury she is guilty, but her employer certainly has rights to terminate her
