President Trump asserted that federal investigators attempted to infiltrate his 2016 campaign with a confidential informant — a scandalous overreach, he said, that would be "bigger than Watergate!"https://nyti.ms/2wNvhjn

The closer Mueller gets with his evidence of collusion, the more propaganda you will hear from Trump, who I'm sure, is blaming it on Obama as he has everything else. DT cheated to win & he must now live with the consequences. The Mueller Probe will be HIS Watergate.

There was no collusion. It was a cover for What HRC and Obama’s FBI did to their opponent in a presidential election. The Russia hoax is over

I have always maintained that Trump's greatest gift (like Hitler's) is his ability to sway people & sell his version of events. Many of us however, are not buying what he's selling.

I can't understand why the @nytimes still takes anything Trump says at face value. He lies incessantly, and the patsies at the Times print word for word what he says without actual commentary or context. Stop already.

That's called reporting. If you want commentary go watch Fox News or CNN.

I get that it's reporting. I get that they have a responsibility to report what is said. But they often do it without context. When one article regurgitates the president's lies and the next story exposes his malfeasance, readers are left confused, and they blame the 4th estate.

I didn’t. But they bury the lede all the time. Like the 10/31/16 article they “apologized” for yesterday. The headline says no evidence of Russia influence, and in paragraph 10 they say two ppl near the campaign are under investigation. My issue is with the editors.

The problem with Trump telling so many lies is that even if he WERE telling the Truth in this case, who would believe him? Certainly not the crowds that laugh at his words, but fail to get the message.

It’s a waste of time. They’ve asked trump to prove his outlandish accusations time & time again & he never provides proof. Everyone knows he’s a pathological lying POS so they don’t bother. I wish they would call him & his sychophants out each time.
