So first force women to birth children they can't raise/support/etc., have those kids bounced around foster care homes (have you seen what happens in that system?), and then deny them a home when one is willing to take them. Got it. #adoption #fostercare

They plan to help unwanted kids find homes by limiting the amount of homes available to them. Makes perfect sense.

So disallowing needy children loving parents willing and eager to open their hearts, homes, and lives to care for them, fits your moral standards?? Spare me that Sunday preaching for one of compassion, understanding, and where every child deserves to grow up feeling wanted reigns

Just by looking the people cheering in this picture, you know that the law is discriminatory.

This law will cause so many children to miss out on the opportunity to live in a loving and safe home, not to mention prevent a loving couple from experiencing parenthood. As someone who was adopted, I find this law offensive and amoral

This is what happens when you let legislators put their own interests ahead of what is good for the children.

So, I will expect to see all those pro-lifers in Oklahoma lining up ready to take these after birth children they profess to love so deeply.

How about instead of not letting kids find homes because religion, we evaluate the families on their ability to provide and take care of them?
-
That's much to reasonable and logical.

Kind of sad that America actually functions like that.

Agencies can't have religious convictions, only the bigots running them can. That's like refusing to give a black person a ride cuz your car is racist.

Ahhh the ol’ use-religion-as-a-weapon trick. WWJD

this is madness. We need good parents and we have them. Remove religion from these decisions. Religion is not a benchmark for good parents. Never has been never will be.

Let’s use religion to justify refusing a child a loving home. Then claim you care about these kids who need homes. Religion is the worst thing humanity has ever given themselves.

So we can forget that constitutional amendment that says something about separating church from state but not that's one about the guns. Constitutional al a cart
