How about it aiding you in general?Been on one for about a calendar year now. 40 lbs. gone. Cholesterol back to normal levels, same for triglycerides. A1C down between 1 and 1.5 points. Glucose down to normal. And I feel much MUCH better. You should try it.

Add, tostones, fried in raw coconut oil with raw garlic sprinkle, broccoli, roasted organic chicken, raw green and red peppers with pink Himalayan sea salt. There you go! It works also clears a foggy brain. Cheers! 😁

It's really good. Free here on NHS but expensive most other places.Saves finger pricking and gives a 12 hour reading of levels.

#LowCarb diet highly beneficial for ppl with #T1Diabetes (for which there is no cure). It helps to normalise their lives. What you eat is so important! I am hypoglycemic and I can tell you eating correctly makes the difference! I could be a full blown diabetic but I am not. Doctors would’ve allowed me to go diabetic but thank God for a nutrionist who came into my life at just the right time!!

This diet seems more suitable for Type 2 diabetics. I'll stick to eating what I like in moderation and taking relevant insulin dosages. It's a pretty good system I think
