Toasted garlic? If I want my broccoli bitter, I’ll just eat broccoli rabe.

Garlic breath is a horror show for people not partaking. I can smell it 5 feet away. Makes me want to gag. I eat plain old steamed broccoli, tastes great. Sometimes sautéed in olive oil. Garlic is the most overated spice on the planet. Hate being stuck in a car with that person.

SECRET: All my life & that of my daughter's, I steamed broccoli & grated fresh Locatelli Romano over it. Nothing else. And, 27 yrs later that's how she still eats it! Bravo Mamma & Mia @ChrisCuomo
