The tweet was a political gift to Don Blankenship’s 2 main rivals in the Republican primary https://nyti.ms/2KKvcjw

Even if Blankenship wins Trump will just reverse himself, endorse him, and pretend he never said anything against him. And his followers will go along with it.

Trump will be in WV with his buddy Justice and his buddy Blankenship in a heartbeat at the Justice owned Greenbrier Resort; birds of a feather

Notice, how neither @realDonaldTrump nor @DonaldJTrumpJr actually rebute anything @DonBlankenship has said ... instead, their only concern is that he has little chance of winning against @JoeManchinWV. #MorallyBankrupt

Seems to me Trump split the vote. He should have backed only one candidate. Blankenship can sneak in the back door because Trump just divided the Republican base.

Trump supported the even more reprehensible Roy Moore in the Alabama senatorial race. Let’s be clear: this has nothing to do with ethics. It has everything to do with Trump wanting to have a friendly Senate to hear the Mueller evidence.

Mr Blankenship earned the name "ex-con" so why isn't the media using it? And BTW is he a parolee? If so, include that name.

Vote for candidates with an agenda that builds the society and opposes 45 and NRA. Funny thing here,45 distance himself from a candidate that is his twin in all regards. Maybe soon the coin drops and 45 understand the situation and resigns!

Unf---ing unbelievable. Why doesn't he just stop ALL elections? Then he can appoint anyone he wants 2 any position & turn this country into the Trump dictatorship he is building. I thought this was America? Well, it used 2 b.

The delicious quandary. Listening the the first liar in the WH telling some truth about the second liar. And the second Liar telling some truth about the Liar in the WH. In a way it's a good thing the voters of WV are church goers. Some serious forgiving is going to be required.

None of the GOP idiots can win, even in West Virginia. Why is it that the poorest states always vote Republican and the states with a higher standard of living vote Democratic? Don't they ever get it?
