It’s not just you. Those pesky robocalls — at best annoying disturbances and at worst costly financial scams — are getting worse.https://nyti.ms/2ro59pq

I use to get calls trying to sell me cruises all the time. I asked them not to call, that didn't help. Then I pretended i was interested in a cruise, wasted 20 minutes of a sales reps time asking all sorts of questions. Then I told them never to f-ing call me again. They haven't.

One of the reasons why I never answer my phone unless I recognize the number. (And usually not even then.😀)

It doesn't even help to have an unlisted number, because as soon as you give it to any business or organization, they sell their customer lists.

Someone explain to me why the phone company can’t throttle this behavior? It can only be because they don’t want to. We need to make them want to.

Anyone else get a call every day selling insurance like me ? Even when blocked they keep calling. Even when you select to never be called again. It’s a new number 10 minutes later. I will find these folks and they will be the ones paying for legal services.pic.twitter.com/iweUKUVg6t
