A pair of Native American brothers traveled 7 hours to tour Colorado State University. Their visit was cut short after a parent on their tour reported them to the campus police, calling them "suspicious."https://nyti.ms/2FOVUnu

Its amazing how the world of everyone else has to stop because a white person is fragile and "nervous".

No it doesn’t have to but assuming the person is white is a little silly. And I’m just pointing it out

If you think the odds aren't almost certain that this person is white, you haven't been paying attention to the way things happen in this country to POC and therefore should probably remain silent.

So why is the caller’s identity obscured? Another level of white privilege? This is appalling.

In fairness, the identity is most likely being withheld for the sanctity of anonymous 911 reporting. People will become fearful of making LEGITIMATE 911 calls if they fear exposure to negative repercussions for their involvement. It's not for protecting this one horrible person.

Unfortunately, I suspect her news sources have been acculturating her to be fearful of "the other" for decades, and this is one of the results.

the point is, ppl WE PAY to enforce laws show no judgement and mostly enforce THEIR own laws. I see no difference between this and the Starbucks incident in Philadelphia.
