Downtown is, but the neighborhoods are not...I am from Detroit, don't believe the hype.

Lets hope so. Once upon a time, Detroit used to be The United States' forth largest city. Can it, once again, be an industrial powerhouse of the United States?

Detroit is in the shape that it is due to decades of absolute Democrat “leadership”, generations of unbridled corruption (FYI - last Republican mayor left office in 1962). It’s the same in Chicago, Baltimore, etc...but somehow blame it on Trump...Bravo! #HeadMeetSand

So I guess the Bush Admin taking our country from economic prosperity to trillions in debt had nothing to do with it?? Think again!

So W was the first Admin to run deficits? Maybe bone up on history? I think 9/11 had something to do with some spending during that time...don’t let those facts get in it way. And I’m sure you were kicking and screaming as Obama ran up more debt than all other admins combined.

I have to laugh at your profile... YOU are one that gives US REAL Christians a bad name! Being a Christian doesn’t mean doing whatever sins you want, but quote the Bible and tote Evangelicals!

Please enlighten me on the sins I have commited. Under Clinton (a Republican Congress - which actually approves budgets btw) we ran surpluses but we were still trillions in debt. Clinton also cut social programs like welfare, etc which was great. “A hand up, not a hand out”.
