So why didn't the mom tell the tour guide? Tour guide could have taken care of verification and the school tour continued...no police involvement...no problem.

I read elsewhere that the tour guide did verify that they were supposed to be on the tour. And STILL that evil racist woman called.

Ok thanks! I've read several different articles but they didn't report that.

Why identify two young men who did nothing wrong and not the racist white woman who felt so uncomfortable that she called the police? Bad reporting! Again. Keep this up and you lose me as a subscriber.

The police should have spoken to her, and the police should have released it. This happens too often, on planes, in coffee shops and restaurants, now this. Racists can not be allowed to do this without consequence, even if it’s just being called out publicly.

Could you just imagine how quickly Jeff Sessions would step in and protect her racist viewpoint if she were actually arrested for falsely misleading police? He would say exactly this "No Christian white woman should ever be expected to be around savage Indian boys"

This an excellent opportunity for the University to go above and beyond. A #scholarship would be nice, but the bigger message makes a statement that the school won’t stand for this type of treatment and they will actively work against it, and stand with their students.

CSU has changed their tour policy. All participants of tours must wear yellow badges. CSU is reimbursing the young men for their travel expenses for that trip along offering to pay for the expenses of a private tour of the university.

I'm glad the school is trying to make it right. It doesn't roll back their terrible day or the invasion of their privacy, but it's something.
