        I didn't read the article but I guaranty that the question relates to salary history. That question has been outlawed in Massachusetts. It's a very good first start for pay equality.

        Interviewed & hired many women and men over the past 35 years .... I always assume the interviewee has knowledge of the comp plan (~) ... never catered to what they made, I offered what a paid for the position, regardless of pay history or gender. It’s worked very well for me!

        The gender pay gap is for white women whose income is greater than that of Black women and Black men; Chicago's Blacks have the highest income inequality in the nation caused by public neglect and political larceny. Democrats control the region.
