        This judge is completely out of legal bounds by inserting his personal opinion into criminal legal proceedings. He needs to shut the fuck up and do his job without any bias..

        Ikr. What prosecutor doesn't charge everything he can when trying to get a bigger fish? They all do it. Police even do it to get witnesses to turn. It's very common, but it should go to trial if they got a criminal indictment.
