        No. Not firing. Arrested for assault or even attempted murder. A running kick like that to the head can break someone's neck. Shit like that isn't acceptable for even someone who may be resisting. ( which he wasn't)

        What shocks me is the lack of reaction by the other cops to the cop who kicked the man in the face... no outcry or anger. They just go on with their day. Goes to show what type of cops they are too
