One evening, the squad's director told some cheerleaders that their work was not done. They had a special assignment for the night: Some of the male sponsors had picked them to be personal escorts at a nightclubhttps://nyti.ms/2FDtFIg

This story is exaggerated by 1 cheerleader who is just trying to stir up controversy. Please listen to the rest of the squad to find out what actually went down. Majority of the statements are simply not true #imwithjojo #redskins #RedskinsCheerleaders

Exploiting women in professional sports is a long standing tradition. I doubt Washington is the only club guilty of such treatment of their cheerleaders. A thorough investigation must take place. #NFL

I've always been nervous about these "cheerleaders". I (used to) love football, but the need to sell it with sex seemed rather superfluous. Now? You men never cease to amaze me with your ability to pretend to love Mom and protect your daughters while victimizing other daughters.

Get rid of all the cheerleaders. Seriously they add zero to the game.

Just let's not pretend this is a NFL problem or a showbusiness problem. It's everywhere, everytime. The metoos could round the Earth. #respect

All through the article the women refer to each other as "girls" and at the end their female director says "No sponsor is worth these children's safety..." Words matter. All females age 18 & up should be called women, by themselves and everyone else, at all times, always.
