        It seems they're really just going to change the name to Emerdata. One of the new company's directors is a Hong Kong financier and business partner of Erik Prince if that tells you anything. Same company - different name, I betcha. 😁

        Dear NYT, please do your job now and find out where all of this companies assets ended up. Where did the CEO go. Where did the human resources go. Where did the servers go. Where did the data go. Where did the damn office furniture go? CA did not shut down. It re-incorporated.

        If it's private data owned by the company, they can use but not resell without the user consent. If it's published, it needs accreditation.

        In this case, giving the profits amassed, Zuckerberg would have to reverse all the dividends of the cie to users + fines + jail. This guy is in bad sheets.
