Ty Cobb is out after he tells subpoena story. But why do they keep referring to Emmet T. Flood as Clinton lawyer when he represented Bush in 2nd term for firing all the lawyers and in private practice represents Cheney? Those are most recent characterizations than Clinton.

For those that seem to not know about the Bush Adminstration’s scandal on the dismissal of large amount of US Attorneys, see this link. Emmet T. Flood represented the Bush Administration for this obstruction of justice. Key word: Impeachment. Although, in this case, should it be changed to "Inorangement"?

Actually I think Heinie Manush replaced Ty Cobb in the Tigers starting lineup. Pretty cool when you can replace an original HOFer with another HOFer.

If Ty Cobb thought there was a chance in hell @realDonaldTrump would survive the #TrumpRussia scandal and not be charged for his crimes, Cobb would still be Trump's lawyer. This move says a lot!!

Flood will be more adversarial. Cobb actually wanted Trump to cooperate with Mueller and even sit down for an interview. He and Mcgahn clashed all the time.
