        I have been passed by on 4 occasions by a NYC taxi trying to get to Penn Station. Driver asked and refused to unlock the doors. Uber picked me up in 2 minutes. I’d say Uber and Lyft are not the problem.

        You have a business model disruptor for how people get around but what has the taxi industry done to stem the flow? How has the TLC reacted to this disruption and justify the cost of their overpriced medallions and ensure that medallion owners have a sustainable business model.
