        I was in LA in the 1950's and it hurt to breath. Why would we go back to that? We have even more factories and cars. These laws are lifesavers for many.

        Great job California. Please lower your car sales tax. 10% is too high to run your big state economy. As you know, rent in Los Angeles is through the roof. Many people are living pay check to pay check, and we need to drive in L.A to work. So, buy a car is a big challenge.
