        One thing Union contacts insure is equal pay. When I worke in public education, your pay was determined by years and education. Gender was never a factor.

        Men and women of HR are the first line & many of them seem to only care about filling out a checklist as if they're a hospital triage. Not sure if the hiring manager ever gets to see HRs discarded resumes. Could be a bias problem
