This caravan had over 1,200 people, and only 180 might seek asylum here. We've truly managed to turn this country into a place people choose to migrate to out of desperation, not the dreams of freedom we were raised to believe was sought here. #ValueStartsWithYou #BeTheChange

Asylum meaning safety, from poverty and violence for women and their children from Central America , Yet there is no such Asylum" for american citizens living in poverty and violence , this is a joke that's gone to far and one that journalist should really cover.

That's just sad because Trump will have them tossed back into South America. Trump has no empathy for anyone but Donald.

We should be praying for God to have mercy on the US, all the anger and hatred against other races and cultures, it's terrifying!

They do not qualify for political asylum in the USA since that is not the FIRST safe country that they encountered since leaving Central America. They are now in Mexico and should, under International rules, apply for asylum there.

Why doesn't Mexico accept any of the refugees? They're are already there. Mexico has wealth to support them. There won't be any language problem.
