He doesn’t seem concerned that this trade tactic will ultimately raise costs for American households. Of course he assumes everyone else was handed a large inheritance. Congratulations. You elected him. Now, what are you prepared to do?

Allow me to fix that headline for you: Days before Trump tariffs on steel and aluminum take effect, trade partners realize voters were serious about electing a President who puts America first. See, it's all in your point of view. And yours is pure globalist.

The greatest news I’ve heard in years, let’s have a trade war. America has been screwed by our foreign trade partners for years. Enough is enough. They can have high tariffs but America can’t. Where’s the logic. @realDonaldTrump @MariaBartiromo

So far, America’s trading partners have no given in to the president’s threats to impose tariffs. The president seems to be coming to the realization that his tactic to get trade concessions is not working. He keeps putting off the imposition of tariffs.

Trump’s assault of free trade, has created uncertainty. I notice that ,since he began talking about tariffs ,he has stopped talking about the stock market.
