A scientist spent years studying a gene. Then she had a baby with an extremely rare disorder tied to it.https://nyti.ms/2r5CpBL

I wonder in the light of coincidence if she considered her extended proximity to the gene may have somehow, even on the quantum level, affected her egg/the sperm that fertilised it or the fetal development

Like when Piggy of Road Rules moved into my building and the next thing I know there's an episode on free tv (not MTV) that features here. Then she starts trying to set me up to break the law.

I am oddly interested in hearing story about your neighbor. I don't know what road rules is or who the Piggy of it is. How'd she try to get you to break the law?

First she asked if I could hack this dude's website that was illegally merchandising her image, so I told her to get a lawyer. Later she asked me out for drinks and the apartment manager burst in without knocking barking, "What are you doing?" Longitudinal study testing I'm sure.

Another time a dude tried to get me to smoke pot at the bus stop, even trying to shove the pipe into my hand. I put my hands up, walked away a few steps, and turned around to see bicycle police had already swooped in on him.

At university in the early 1990's a gal with ties to the CIA asked me to go in on a bottle of liquid LSD, so even though I was responsible about it and helped set a trend toward microdosing, folks aren't sure how to understand I'm on the children's side, not any one country's law
