For too many women, life inside Nike had turned toxic. So a group of women there started a small revolt.https://nyti.ms/2r4IXBg

Twenty years ago we took that shit without batting an eye. Didn't complain to anyone. Just carried around our nausea like good girls. Thank you to the women of Nike for saying enough

These women want to be treated equally amongst their male counterparts until they don't.

"One current employee said a supervisor pushed his way into a bathroom and tried to kiss her", poor choice of headline, doesn't do justice to the article.

the article itself is good journalism. This click bait twitter headline is utter garbage. A strip club discussion? There is nothing in that comment and it does the article a disservice because it highlights real issues

How do you think life is for all those women that make Nike sneakers in all those Asian countries? Do you think Nike cares about them and their treatment? What about the dollar or so they make a day and then Nike sells the product for $100 or more. Nike cares about Nike...period.

This headline is sad. Why would you go for the most trivial of their complains when so many other, real examples were available?! Was it a disgruntled male at the NYT who wrote that headline?

Huh? Two people can’t discuss which city has better strip clubs? Are strip clubs insensitive or illegal? What’s the difference between strip clubs, restaurants or other legal venues? What’s next? Men can’t discuss which actress looks better? Or which swimsuit model looks better?

It's no great irony that all of the responses here that don't see the problem are men. I bet men are tired of being painted as oppressors and assholes. The solution, that is completely men's responsibility, is to stop thinking in asshole ways. I see no improvement here.

They also don't make wide enough shoes for my big feet, as if women can't have large wide feet. I find that quite unfair.
