One of the highlights of my life was standing in front of the Mona Lisa in the Louvre museum when I was 16. Unforgettable.

Especially when you see teens leap into the air in front of the Mona Lisa to take a selfie.

Sometimes evolving reality is better than original ! Ultimate success of any original is to evolve even after creator has long gone !

The Louvre should forbid taking pics of this unique painting. Idiots with smartphones seem to be possessed by a spirit that pushes them to photograph whatever is near them.

Not 'Idea' : its reduced to a fad; like taking one's selfie, when he cd do with a small 2 penny mirror.

I stopped to take it in. I got as close as I could and looked at it with my own two eyes, and then I snapped a picture of what I saw standing there (people, the encasement, the room) because that's all part of the experience of visiting the Mona Lisa.
